Q: Is there going to be parking for Cave Springs Marina customers?
A; Yes, we will update the information on the specifics regarding the
parking very soon.
Q:
Where is the loading and unloading for the marina customers?
A: Initially the loading and unloading will be on the left side of the
ramp as you are facing the water from the ramp.
Q:
When will you have the move completed?
A: We are now moving pretty fast as you can see from pictures.
Because there are so many variables involved and some outside of our
control, it is difficult to provide a specific date for each milestone of
the project plan. We have moved many of the houseboats and
cruisers as welcomed many new customers. Boat owners will be
communicated to in advance regarding their specific boats. We will be ready
for the new boating season.
Q:
Do you have slips available?
A: Yes, We are filling on a first come first served basis and are
currently reviewing and updating the waiting list as slips become available
at the new site.
If you will email us and tell us what size slips you would like, we will add
you to the list and notify you as soon as they are available.
Q: What other services do you offer?
A: We will be providing updated information regarding services under
our amenities tab on our web site. Please email us
regarding any suggestions or questions you may have regarding your specific
needs.

Is Cave Springs Marina a family oriented marina?
A: Yes
Q: What is the relationship between Cave Spring Investments and Cave Spring
Marina?
A: Like many businesses in our community, we work together to
market the area in a broader regional effort. Cave Springs Marina is
not affiliated with the development being built by Cave Springs Investments.
Q: Do you have any cottages amd cabins for rent?

We have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units available with kitchens, air conditioning
and many other amenities.
Q: Do you service boats?
A: Yes, we will do minor work at Cave Springs Marina, but we also have
a full service boat repair facility that is affiliated with us -
Lake Cumberland Boat Works. We can coordinate your requirements.
We will have their web site link shortly. We can service boats both in
the water or take them to our indoor facilities. We service all types
(runabouts, cruisers, houseboats, etc.) and all sizes all the way up to 100+
feet.
Q: Do you do canvas work?
A: Yes, our affiliate, Custom Canvas of Kentucky manufactures new
canvas solutions, provides replacement canvas or repairs your existing
canvas. Please contact us with your requirements.
Q: If we have inputs regarding the website or suggested content,
who do we contact?
A: Please email

If I have made errors, provided the wrong answers or need to get answers, I
will coordinate with the staff to answer or correct.

Q: Will there still be slips at Alligator Dock #1
A: We are in a complex transition and yes there will still be some
slips at the current location. If you have specific requirements,
please contact us.
Q: What will happen with the community docks at the current Cave
Springs site?
A: The community docks are still located behind Cave Springs Marina.
There have been discussions since the beginning with the association and its
leadership team. If you have a community dock slip at this
location, please contact your association leaders regarding specific issues.
